Salutation Challenge - Traditional for a Week If you want to make a commitment to do yoga everyday this week I am posting the great option of a Traditional Salutation Flow. It consists of 8 poses (Mountain, Upward Salute, Forward Bend, Low Lunge, Plank, 8 Limb Staff, Supported Cobra, and Downward Facing Dog) and can be adjusted to meet your needs. I show 3 variations in the video (no audio - written details are attached to the video). You can do the gentle to get your morning started, or a different variation later when the body has been warmed by the days activities. Want accountability?
