Sam Adams host a speed-coaching event SPRINGFIELD, Mass (WWLP) – A valuable opportunity for Western Massachusetts small business owners and those who hope to start their own business. Founder and brewer of Sam Adams Jim Koch met with dozens of people Monday at a “speed-coaching event.” Local entrepreneurs got a personalized 20-minute session and learned how to launch a successful small business. Koch told 22News he has one advice be passionate about what you’re selling. “There are a lot of products but there’s not that many people who are truly passionate about their product, and if you love what you’re doing, it comes through to the customer.” Sam Adams’ business coaching series began in 2008 and has helped more than 4,000 business owners.
