Sambo the Elephant made it safely to her new home at the Elephants Livelihood Initiative Environment project (ELIE) situated inside the Seima Protected Forest in Mondulkiri Province, eastern Cambodia. The trip took several days but ended happily. She is now comfortably settling down in her new home, learning to live in the natural environment with other elephants.
