Same thing this Governor did with the DIAGEO agreement, he waited till last minute and shoved it down our throats. The agreement stunk. We all knew It would hurt the people and St. Thomas senators went with it against our will as Cruzan senators and yes, Basil Ottley voted against St. Croix on that deal to!!! Now, there is a massive fungus getting St. Croix people sick from Diageo!!! In Glen J Smiths own words, Why the rush? Is this to avoid proper vetting? Do we have the experts on board to examine this deal with a fine tooth comb? Do we? I am not a happy camper with the time allocated for us to approve this deal! Basil Ottley VOTED AGAINST ST. CROIX when he voted with St. Thomas for DIAGEO! Donna introduced DIAGEO to the Governor. If you vote these people in, it will be another 4 years of the same and maybe worse!!!!!
