Sand Point Nature Preserve is doing great after the recent vandalism! Trevor and Zak were on the Preserve today repairing and replacing signs, maintaining the trails, and preparing for fall projects. Thank you so much to our community of friends and donors who gave us the resources to make a swift correction out at this incredible, special place. The guys were especially happy that the damage to the meadow was really bouncing back after some good rain and sunny days. The big milkweed patch was going gangbusters, and they saw a lot of Monarchs on site! We couldnt put a dollar value on the damage done to the terrain from the truck that had busted through the gate, but it was out biggest worry and it looks like things are headed in the right direction. Thanks again for all of your tremendous support!
