Sandra Fluke is drunk with self-importance. It happens to many of us, some of much greater virtue. The very same ideology that women are not capable of self-sufficiency that nineteenth and twentieth century feminists rejected, their daughters are clinging to with desperate conviction. Politically, she has no clue that she is being used. Economically, she has no clue what her philosophy renders on businesses and individuals. Fluke represents and is an example of the modern woman who has misinterpreted the feminist movement: freedom from social constraints leads to dependence on government paternalism. How ironic.
