After seeing Mr Farooq Ahmeds (IG Retd) post about BSNL users, I talked to CMD of BSNL Mr Rai on his mobile in Delhi. He has said that there will be NO DISCONNECTIONS for non-payment of bills. Bills may not be paid AT LEAST till September 30. He says the BSNL understands people cant pay at this juncture. More POSITIVE steps will be announced later. Mr Sudhakar, Chief General Manager, BSNL J&K Circle, has already told his people down the line. So, I think it is a COMMUNICATION GAP from those in the business of communication.
