**Warning** This is incredibly disturbing, yet important. Im sharing because the authorities need the publics help. They also want this terrible story to gain attention in hopes of finding the person(s) responsible. If you have any info, or think you may have seen/heard something, anything at all related to this puppy, please call the police right away. No piece of information is too small. The person responsible is a disturbed individual and they are walking freely somewhere. They could be torturing another animal or next time it could be a child! As hard as it is to see this, please share - it could make the difference!
