Santa Shoebox Project for Lavender in Lavender Hill Friends We have been asked to help collect goodies for the Santa Shoebox project. Shoeboxes are filled with items for underprivileged children of which some have never received Christmas presents before. We have been asked to help the Izotsha Primary School in Izotsha, KwaZulu-Natal. Now we are asking you, our friends, to help us collect what they need. All collected items must please be posted to Bernadene Gets who will be putting together the boxes and taking them to the Santa Shoebox project. Even if you can just find one item, it will be greatly appreciated. Bernadene will be handing over on the 25th October, so please get your goodies to her latest 10th of October. Items Required Toys - Baby toy, tennis ball, yo-yo, building blocks, cars, trucks, dolls, finger puppet, make-up, bangles etc Hygiene Supplies - Bar of soap, roll-on or spray deodorant, hairbrush, comb, hair accessories, face cloth/sponge, tooth brush, toothpaste etc Educational - Puzzle, flash cards, dot-to-dot book, story book etc Baby products - Barrier cream, powder, oil, soap, soft toy/rattle, wet wipes, shampoo, cream, towel/blanket etc Sweets - Wine gums, jellie babies, sours etc (no chocolate) sell by date must at least be next year March Clothing - Ages 0-17 years Other - Hat, Cap, scarf, sunglasses, nail polish, make-up, necklace, gloves, clip on earrings, Christmas paper - Any old christmas paper would be greatly appreciated
