#Santana certainly forged a Jazz/Fusion/Prog direction in the early to mid-70s. This concert footage of the original band from 1970 shows them going in that direction even as they were still cranking out the radio hits. The song here is Incident At Neshabur, and the first half of the song in particular shows the musical chops of this young band. Of note is 20 year old Michael Shrieve whose drumming is just phenomenal! What do you think of this songs Prog leanings?
