Sarah has a question about Tatoos: Hi i have questions about Hashis and tattoos, I was diagnosed when i was 13 with Hashimotos Thyrooiditis and apparently went sometime undiagnosed (3 years). i was on eltroxin for 5 years and have recently switched to NDT. Im 18 now, almost 19, I have 2 tattoos that healed fine, but they were just black outlines, Im getting it coloured and i was wondering if anyone would know how the ink might effect my immune system? So far i havent had any problems with the healing aspect, it usually heals faster than what the tattoo artist says. But i still dont know what the causes are to my system
