Watsons Racing Press Release Ken Sartori joins the team After 18 months on the sidelines taking a break Watsons Racing have returned to the dirt track arena bigger this time round with an expanded team, that not only includes Robert Watson Jr, and David Priolo but now also Ken Sartori. Sartori is a well known hard charger and isnt afraid to get his hands dirty on and off tracks and has shown many times his raw pace and ability behind the wheel of a Sprintcar. “Ken is a real nice guy he is a great driver as we have all seen and he knows what it takes to get the job done”. Team owner Robert Watson said. With the addition of Sartori enables the team a three pronged attack at the big shows and at this stage Sartori will be running a limited schedule taking in the King of Wings, the State and National titles, Krikke Boys Shoot-out with the potential of several more. “We dont want to overcommit ourselves as we already have a big schedule with Rib (Robert Watson Jr) running his 410 schedule and all 360 shows along with Davids program so having Ken running the additional big shows just gives up great exposure and additional options” Watson said. This is our first season having this size team but doing it this way enables the Watsons Express Transport name to be out there at multiple tracks with our three drivers. We want to get back to having fun and enjoying racing” Robert Watson Jr will be in full swing this weekend at Narrogin Speedway for round one of the 360 Sprintcar Power Series. Watson is at home in his 360 and always performs well at Narrogin and is hoping to continue his good run at the track. “Narrogin is great I love the country tracks, its just a laid back different feel which I really enjoy, its always a good night at Narrogin and the local people that come out to watch us are great” Robert Watson Jr stated.
