Sat down with Chef Andrew Wood today and got a sneak preview of tomorrows tasting menu: Leg of Plowshare lamb, Hubbard squash confit, stradette(heirloom cornmeal) pasta with clams, just to name a few dishes. There will be 5 courses, plus some amuse-bouche snacks prepared by Jack Goldenberg of the Farm and Fisherman and yours truly. With the exception of the seafood and a few mushrooms, everything to be served was grown or raised by Plowshare Farms and Urban Roots Farm. $45, BYO, reservations at russetphilly .
