Sata’s Minister Goes to Jail for Forgery Sports Deputy Minister Steven Masumba has been convicted of by the Lusaka Magistrate Court on one count of obtaining pecuniary advantage. The Mufumbwe lawmaker has been found guilty of forging his accountancy qualifications at the National Institute of Public Administration. Lusaka Magistrate Wilson Muma also ordered that Masumba be remanded in custody pending sentencing tomorrow.
