Loud is how we play ( I am in band so soft or average level isnt an option. I play extremely loud. I know I hear so & so plays loud. Nobody hits harder or uses bigger sticks. I use Vic Firth MS 2s. The MS stands for Marching Sticks & there is only one stick larger. They are 17 & 15/16 inches long & 7/8 of an inch around. We are loud very good loud but loud never the less. But this is a hard rock band so songs were made to be played loud. And they are as we do.
