Saturday, August 16th, 2015. REVAMPING AND RECRUITING MOSES (Conclusive study) Text: Exodus 32:32, Micah 7:18-20 Meditative Verse: And he took the calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground it to powder, and strawed it upon the water, and made the children of Isreal drink of it. - Exodus 32:20 (KJV). Moses purpose to serve God and control the children of Isreal to be consistent to faith, was not not determined by any one. He choosed to it by faith. The brilliance of Moses ministry brought the magnificient nature of God in their midst. But it all turned to an issue of perplexity and trauma as they could not know the plan and purpose promised to their fathers- Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. They forgot the outlines of Gods order of blessings which is by being faithful. We see their lifes were not harmonic to Gods plan and to the spiritual zeal of Moses. They were all of cruelty and brutal to Moses and turned self-willed leaders of tyrany. Unstable to believe supernatural works of God among them. Moses developed the children of Isreal with the following; 1] He *enlightened Gods glory by teaching them Gods doctrine, but they *eliminated their lives. 2] He *delivered them from Gods wrath, but they *destroyed themselves. 3] He *cleansed them, but they *crushed themselves. 4] He *purified them by telling them to sacrifice lambs, but they *purnished themselves. 5] He *justified them before God to be His heritage as He has promised to Abraham, but they *judged themselves unworthy and brought Gods *judgment. 6] Moses *saved them from Egyptian boundage, they *smot themselves. 7] He brought to them the *redeptive promise, but they *rejected and turned *rebellion. The whole life of Moses reflects his decision to suffer affliction with them, to bring Gods grace and honour His promises in their lives (Hebrew 11:24,25). Rather they rejected and stipulated Gods wrath on them (Hebrew 3:10). Infact, I never wanted concluding the brilliance of Moses ministry in strengthening, developing, fervency in reconstructing and encouraging them, even if they were unwilling. However, earth-transitory New Testament believers, fastened to the imminent coming of the Lord, these were written for our learning and warning. Notice that, Moses was the only mediator between the children of Isreal and God. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransome for all, to be testified in due time. (1 Timothy 2:5,6 KJV). Christs due time to be testified is His imminent second coming (2 Thessalonians 2:1,2). The first coming of Christ, He build up the Church, cleansed it with His blood, enlightened (interprated) Gods word, purified, justified, saved and redeemed it. His second coming will be for destruction, crushing, elimination, purnishment, judgment, smitting/smashing the church and reign as He will deliver the rapturable saints. Now that is the day of *salvation, dont wait for the second coming of Christ for it shall be a dreadful day (Isaiah 55:6,7; 1:18-20). If you are saved, I rejoice with you but its a day for *soul-winning (John 4:35,36).Its a day of *service (Luke 19:13; John 9:4). Prayers: Most merciful and righteous God, I surrender, submit and become service- willing to the work of grace for my salvation. Unreserved to Your plan, give me grace not to redicule Your plans for me. In Jesus name. Amen Further Reading: Luke 21:24
