Saturday, The Bermuda Triangle Session. 14 started, 12 finished, The Rose-Anna Hoey mile reps session at the New End triangle course. Excellent session as Roseanna talked us thru the session and the importance of longer reps. Done on 9:30mins turnaround with 2.5km warm-up and cool down. Sunday; Meet Ballymac Hotel Car Park, 9.00, easy/steady run on road + trails. Jim. Upcoming Fixtures; Boyne 10km, Drogheda, Sunday 04th May. I need to send entries by latest Tuesday Night. Club rate is €20.00. 1700 finishers last year with great atmosphere, after race refreshments and extensive goody-bag. Also, this is the Louth Road Championships. Felda 10km 31st May; €15.00 fee, enter on the day, nice one lap course around Blackrock. Another great event for after race refreshments and spot prizes. All proceeds to local charities.
