Saturday afternoon work: Cardio/Core/Strength *High knee pumps w/heavy bands. 10/30 sec rounds. 30 sec rest between sets *Lateral step and press w/resistance bands 10 steps each direction. 4 rounds *Squats w/heavy band. 4 sets of 20. *Reverse lunges w/heavy band and medball. 4 sets of 10 each leg. Keep ball above bands. *TRX rows- 4 sets of 20-25 *TRX atomic pushups- 4 sets of 15-20 *Kettlebell swings- 4 sets of 12 *Heavy band rotational twist- 3 sets of 20 each side. *Box jumps- 4 sets of 10.
