Saturdays Classes: 10:00am, 90 minutes, Wake up Yoga, drop in 10:00am, Intermediate Tai Chi, drop in 11:30am Power Yoga drop in Power Yoga with Jools Andres This class will closely follow the Ashtanga Primary Series with full vinyasa. Expect to work hard, sweat, challenge yourself and completely transform your relationship with yoga asana. Cardio, core strength, stretching, balancing, joint flexibility… all are addressed in this set sequence practice. Those relatively new to yoga should be fairly physically fit.
