Saturdays Seatrout trip ended up being another trip chasing phantoms that do not seem to exist this fall. But on Sunday we had the best pike trip of the fall. Heres Pasi pulling in an ok fish. This was just one of many good fish we caught in a short sunny period on otherwise dark and cloudy day. We managed to get close to 60 hookups and landed maybe half of those in a three hour trip. The fish seemed to be in the reeds so it took us some time to lure them out. But after we did it was strike after strike of pure pike fishing joy!
