Saturn in Scorpio Saturn is about to make its final transit through Libra and will enter Scorpio November 2nd. Most of us cringe by the word Saturn because it is the planet that causes us the most suffering. But in reality Saturn is the planet that keeps order in our world. We could never achieve or get anything done without Saturn. It gives order, discipline, structure, wisdom and maturity. It teaches us our most important lessons that only come from experience. The reason why we dread Saturn is because it can indicate endings, death and is always a part of delays and setbacks. While Jupiter is quite opposite, it concerns expansion, opportunities, freedom and fun. We all love the effects that Jupiter can give, for it makes us happy. But always remember this is a world of duality where the power of opposites makes our world work. The duality of this world such as night and day, male and female, Sun and Moon can help us understand that one gives meaning to the other. Jupiter and Saturn are opposite, for Jupiter results in expansion and Saturn contraction. My point is we cannot have one without the other. Jupiter gives opportunities but Saturn gives the discipline to get the job done. As Saturn changes signs its influence will change for everyone. The sign that will get a much-needed break is Libra. As Saturn changes into Scorpio, Capricorn and Scorpio will have many changes and opportunities, for both signs are aspected by both Jupiter and Saturn.
