Sauteed Green Beans: ( the Roma IIs we have are perfect for this) 1 large bowl of green beans washed with only the ends snapped off 1 small onion or 3 small green onions sliced 3 tablespoons sunflower or olive oil garlic powder salt pepper rosemary 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar Heat your oil in a large skillet or wok, with plenty of room to toss around. Add in onions and toss around in the oil allowing it to cook till slightly opaque, add in green beans and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary to taste. Cook in the oil until beans begin to turn a darker green, then toss in the red wine vinegar, continue cooking for about 5 min tossing frequently in oil and vinegar. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover, turn down on low and allow to simmer until tender.
