Save the date folks!!! April 18th, aka Good Friday, Commonwealth Gardens will be having our annual spring fundraiser at Buddy’s Pizza! This year the entertainment will be provided by The 5 Second Rule, who are basically the Larry Bird’s of South Frankfort based cover bands, and will feature the intrepid young musicians of Murphy’s Echo. There will be a barrel for you to put some money in to support the community gardens and the Fantasy Forest, which was made possible by my good friend and serial non Facebooker, Connie May. This event usually trends on twitter so if you want a pizza you may want to call ahead but Mike will be doing pizza by the slice for this event along with drink specials.
