Saw Transcendence (small spoiler alert!) -- two thirds into the movie Morgan Freeman secretaly passes a note to Rebecca Hall. It says Run From This Place. Thats his hint to the audience! Good Sci-Fi premise gets bogged down with a slowly unfolding story and dull acting. If Johnny D is not hav\ing a mid-life crisis, he should be! I loved him Sweeny Todd and the Pirate movies, and even Edwardscissorhand, but lately we are getting only flops from him. He needs another Pirate movie in the making. This was the first effort by director Wally Pfister and I hope he gets another chance, although this one is going to be a big box office bomb! Probably going to see Transcendence on TV for the next twenty years like The Ninth Gate. Thought best actor in this one was British Actor, Paul Bettany (young Chaucer in The Knights Tale).
