Saw a little boy here yesterday that were wounded in attacks. The little boy had lost a leg and was being pushed up a hill by a nurse, only to turn his wheelchair around and zip down to the bottom. The nurse followed him down, then waved me over. Little boy holds his hand up for a high five, then a series of fist bumps. We exchange this time-honored symbol of manliness, and I turn to leave. I hear the nurse say Sir? Sir? so I turn around and see him (the nurse) with a camera and the little boy scooting his wheelchair over to me. Naturally, I kneel down, then put my hat on this boys head. Point of the story: Somewhere in Kabul there will be a little boy who had his picture taken with a ginger cowboy.
