Saw something weird tonight. I was walking to the store and had just come out of my driveway and was about the middle of my lot on the front sidewalk when I saw something run across the sidewalk at about half way through my neighbors lot. My lot is 35ft wide and his is a double, so it was about 50 ft away. At first I thought it was a person as it ran across my neighbors front yard towards his house, but it was completely silent despite the crunchy leaves on the ground and it was transparent. I realized later it also ran through his front hedge, which is impossible. I could see arms and legs but no further definition. It ran across the front of my neighbors house and then off into the area between our houses. It creeped me out, but I thought maybe it was some bizarre sort of shadow, although I have never seen one like that before, so I retraced my steps, but it did not reappear. There was no one else out on the street. I felt uneasy about going to the store because I wasnt sure where it went or what it was up to, but I went anyway. I dont feel anything out of the ordinary in my house or yard. It didnt feel like it was something there for me. It felt like it was something I saw by accident. Ive dark figures (darker than this) in the past but only out of the corner of my eye and that was years ago in a very haunted place. Where I live now is most definitely not a haunted place. Its very mundane. Im wondering if anyone has seen something like this and what your experience was if you did.
