Hill 875- Battle of Dak To Veterans Day always makes me so emotional. So many people gave their lives for their country. Many others defied danger for it. I think of my dad always. I thank God every chance I can for keeping His guardian angels around him his whole deployment in Vietnam. For giving him the physical/mental strength and courage to survive witnessing and engaging in such mass chaos and life altering events on Hill 875. Never in my life have I cried after watching a military documentary until I watched this video. Just knowing that my dad was walking around somewhere on this hill the same time it was being filmed made it even more emotional to watch. Almost like I had a fraction of a glimpse of what he saw. I could never know or imagine what he felt. Love you dad! Daniel Phillips
