Saw the pain specialist today. This doctor was awesome. I was in pain for almost 2 whole days and could barely move my left side; while examining me to see where the most severe pain was, she hit a spot in my mid back on both sides of my spine and quickly moved her fingers in almost a kneading manner. Whatever nerves and muscles she hit, Ive had very minimal pain for 4-1/2 hours now. Since my scoliosis is very mild, the next steps are to have a lumbar spine MRI to try and get a better look at whats causing the stiffness and pain; have a full body bone density test and start my physical training 3 days a week. Hoping to do this and get results with very little or no medication.
