Saw this earlier today. Its nothing concrete, but at least theres a possibility of the game being saved... Dear Café World fans, Here at Big Viking Games we’re driven by our desire to make fans. We are flattered by fans of Café World and other games that think we would be a good home when their game faces closure. We have noticed your passionate pleads on our Facebook page, and appreciate the encouragement and support. We have recently reached out to Zynga, and inquired about what it would take for us to save Café World. We really hope we can do something to help, but we can’t make any promises. While we may not be able to save every game that will be shut down, we did manage to help the passionate fans of now YoWorld (formerly YoVille) with theirs. So we thought there’s no harm in at least asking the question. We’re inspired by people like you. For us, as game developers, bringing happiness to fans of games is what keeps us going, and more than anything, defines our mission: Making Fans. Best of luck in your efforts to #SaveCafeWorld.
