Thank you, I am not stupid, I have deficits from my brain injury. I am not lazy, I suffer from fatigue and need extra rest. I do care what you are saying, I just cant follow a conversation too long. I want to hang out with you, its just hard for me to make commitments. I am not who I used to be, but learning to be the new me with some of the old me still there. I want to remember what you told me, but please dont yell or hold it against me. To you I look fine, but inside Im anything but. I may not be 100% but I do try my best. Sometimes my best is doing nothing. I know you cant understand my invisible disability, but please trust me enough to believe what I tell you is true.
