Saw two EXCELLENT movies today: Grand Budapest Hotel was a *masterpiece*. Truly, truly. So much creativity and joy in it. Even though its not my favorite Wes Anderson movie (I have special love for Rushmore and Moonrise Kingdom), I think it was easily Andersons best film. I love that all his movies now take place entirely in worlds entirely of his creation. I hope he doesnt stop doing that. Its awe-inspiring. I know Ill be thinking about it for days to come. After that, we saw Bad Words was extremely funny and clever. Good on Jason Bateman. And on the way to and from Naples, we started listening to the audiobook for The Martian, which I think well probably listen to instead of watching TV the next few days- its really *that* good.
