Saxon Switzerland (German: Sächsische Schweiz) is a hilly climbing area and national park around the Elbe valley south-east of Dresden in Saxony, Germany. It is a huge park that can take one more than a day to explore the whole area. We visited here in November, almost the end of autumn season. We were not able to complete the trip as the day during this season became very short - it gets dark around 5-6pm.
