Saying Namaste means nothing to me. Why do folks pick and choose certain words out of the entire worlds vocabulary and think its cool to use. I have no doubt that it is meaningful to someone who are of Hindu- descent or live in South East Asia. Its like walking up to someone and saying goodbye in Welsh. We dont do that either. Saying Namaste does not make you a peaceful person. Saying Namaste doesnt make you at one with the world. You get that by doing a whole bunch of other things that make this world a better place. Yoga may be a start, but life isnt fixed by stretching. Namaste and peace yoh.
