Grandpa had the smarts to give this BSer my phone number. Too bad I have had training on how to spot these types of scams. Supposedly this fellas name is Officer Matthew Rogers and he works for FCI (he says its Federal Crimes Investigators). I say its bullshit. Watch your caller IDs and warn others!
