Admin Assistant Jobs APA Insurance Administrative Assistant Nyeri Branch The position is responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the operations in the Branch. Specific responsibilities: • Manning the reception, attending to customers. • Receiving and redirecting of incoming phone calls. • Receiving, recording and dispatching of mails. • Ensuring documents (such as proposal forms, claim forms, Brochures) at the reception are available and accessible to the clients. • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between clients/visitors and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to requests over the phone or in person. • Monitoring the settlement of office expenses. • Monitoring and requisitioning of office stationery. • Filing and maintaining of office register. • Typing office correspondence. • Secretarial duties to the branch manager. • Filing for the Branch Manager. • Other duties as may be allocated by the branch manager from time to time.
