I know this is ironic that this video is meant to go viral, and the concept sort of speaks against it. However, there is something to be said here. Its frustrating having an real social life when your company is on their phone posting about their experience - without actually experiencing it. Social media is awesome! It allows us to keep in touch with people that we do not get to see often. However, it blocks the opportunity to meet new people and experience new things on a greater scale. Next time you go somewhere, leave your cell in the car. You dont need it. You are busy living life. I enjoy social media so I can share my music. It has been amazing being able to reach people across the world with my art. However, I dont post as much about normal day-to-day things. I definitely try to. It allows you guys to get a better feel of who I am as a person. On the other hand, I dont want to sacrifice living to post an update. And I dont think any of you should either! Strive to make an effort to live! Prince Ea should be an inspiration to all. Of course, I wouldnt have known about him if it werent for Facebook, but, he uses this resource in the right way. Take a few minutes and listen.
