Scam on jntuk-2014 The jntuk vc Dr G.Tulasi ram Das involved in 200 – 400 crores scam in the examination system. The details are given below 1. The University JNTUK made an agreement with Globarena a Galli Company at ameerpet, hyd regarding university examination automation. 2. At present the cost of correction for each paper, the university incurring Rs 25. Where with the new system the cost is going nearly to Rs 125 per paper, in which Rs 100 per paper extra. 3. Normally the examination results will be announced one month after the exams are over. 4. The final year ist sem exams are conducted by Dec 15th 2013. Till now the results are not published.(2 and ½ month completed) 5. The paper will be collected after the examination by collection centers and immediately the answer scripts will be sent to university for scrutiny . this sem the answer scripts are lying at collection centers only. Nobody knows the fate of scripts. 6. The stamp papers purchased on 3-Dec-2013 but agreement made on 4- Nov-2013 before one month of the purchase of paper. How this will be possible. 7. In the agreement stated that the university has to pay entire amount which is spent by globarena , if university stops this process at any time by any cause with in 4 years. But the vice-versa I,e,, if they failed to process this they wont pay any amount to the university. Hence it is a one sided agreement. 8. The agreement is not registered. 9. The S/w developed by Globarena for the examination system was not tested by any organization. Hence there is no Security. 10. The result processing server is not at university. Nobody knows where the server is. Hence no proper security to the data. 11. Total cost investing to the new system is 50-60 crores per semester, where as present system costs is Rs 15 crores per sem. Why VC is spending the students money for such a unsecured results processing system? To earn money indirectly. 12. The VC paid Rs 1 Lakh on behalf of each private eng college to Globarena towords training on communication skills for students. How many colleges made this training successfully. Who authorized to pay public money I,e,, nearly 30 crores? 13. To develop E-content by Globarena, VC Paid Rs 30 crore. All the learned people rejected these E- Content. Since they are not at all usefull to student community. 14. VC made all the staff of JNTUK management and affiliated college staff and students fools by looting money Why VC is so much interested in Globarena only? Why every day he is prising Globarena? Since this is run by his close relative of VC. He is thinking that in India there is only one company which can serve JNTUK I,e,, Globarena. All the Principals, Students, Staff and Management are requested to wake-up and start hesitations against the present VC Dr G.Tulasi Ram Das who is looting the students and Public money. JNTUK adopting Failure & non secured result processing system Students of JNTUK Knows that the 3rd year and final year exams were completed in month of DEC-2013. Generally JNTUK has to publish the results with in 25 days of commencement of examinations. But this semester the exam results are not published even though after 2 and ½ months. What is the reason behind this. The JNTUK is adopting a foolish and unsecured result processing system which is called online. The final year results are not published yet. By this time the university has to conduct advanced supplementary for 4 year 1-sem. Now no chance. Since the result will be declared by the end of march only. Then what about 3rd year 2nd year and 1st year. If this process continues the 2nd sem will be released in the month of aug or sep even late. There is a danger of the students may loose one academic year. Unviersity made an agreement to a galli company at ameerpet , Hyd for secured result processing system. With out testing the system is directly implemented by the JNTUK.Hence there is a chances of getting mistakes in the results. Which the student community has to pay .
