Scarborough After years of deliberation we decided it was time to demolish the old house and build 2 new units As luck would have it my wifes hairdresser was undertaking a similar project using Lowe Constructions. A quick visit to her development had us convinced that we should approach Lowes to take on our project. Our first meeting with Brian Lowe was very positive and we immediately started visiting other Lowe sites. After visiting a newly completed project in Sandringham we went back to the Lowe Team and said thats what we want, now can you adapt it to our block. The professionalism of the Mentone team was superb .After several meetings to discuss every little detail from colours, tiles, floor coverings, fittings and everything we could think of and much more. The contracts were signed, and the slab was poured late January 2013. What impressed us along the way was the constant interaction between the project manager, the site foreman and us. Any questions and queries we had during the building process were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the number of on site meetings, it gave us a feeling of involvement and excitement in watching the project develop. We took possession in December 2013 and it was only after we had moved in did we really appreciate the superb quality and fit out of the Lowe Team. We could not be more happy with our new home and the after sales service. We would like to thank Brian and his Team for their superb effort. Peter and Fiona
