Scare tactics by administration should not sway employees on making educated decisions on Union. Please-please remember what administration has done as far: November we lost 300-400 employees, Night shift differentials drastically cut, policies continuously changed. Our administrators do not have our best interest. Sacrifices being made to Orlando Health seem to begin and end with the employees. No sacrifices noted by administration and this is who we are supposed to trust..................
