Scared me to death. Last night carried like 1,000 lbs (not really) of hot mac and cheese in a nesco to my truck to do a 60 man rugby feed and my back popped. I got to the feed and we got it done. Wish we would have one.. but I truly thought I finally blew that disk in my back. Pain was horrible. This am we drove up to see AJ and had an ice pack on it all the way. Right now the pain is really not so bad. I think maybe I had a close call and a rude awakening to listen to the dr and not lift more than 10 lbs. I do not want surgery. Will ice again soon and before I go to bed take the good meds...phew!
