Scary stuff! Having worked with children with learning and behavioural difficulties I can attest to the fact that diet has a huge impact. Not only would the chemical overload contribute to behavioural issues, but nutritional deficiency plays a large role also. There is virtually no nutritional value in this meal (I wont call it food, because I dont consider it food at all), and this lack of nutrients only further exacerbates the problems. And diets dont need to be anywhere near as artificially laden for nutritional deficiencies to occur.
