Schedule for the Nutriyogas KIDS FUN YOGA CAMP- Starts on 31st March Monday and till April 14th Monday Timings 10am-12.30 noon (Monday-Friday). Dress Code - Loose fit T- shirts and track suits or shorts, age group 5 years and above. Fee - rs.1000/- Daily schedule. 10am-10.15am- Welcoming the children and we help them to arrange their mats.10.15am-10.25am Prayer and simple 2 minutes ANA PANA Meditation(meditation concentrating on their breathing). 10.25- 10.35am Different breathing exercises taught in a fun way to refresh their young minds, improve their concentration as well as to enhance their immunity ( eg- bumble bee breathing, ha ha breathing etc) 10.35-10.45am Simple strechings and surya namaskar taught in a fun way( catch the and drop the fish method) thus even small children understand it very easily.10.45-10.50 am Relaxation and nature watching( where the children are encouraged put seeds in a pot and water them everyday and watch the progress daily) 10.50am-11am Moral story time ( 10 different topics are chosen daily and stories are being told to them on that basis, through which they improve their personality by adopting different good habits like OBEDIENCE,NON VIOLENCE, TRUTHFULNESS,CLEANLINESS etc). 11-11.15 am Snack break ( children can bring and have healthy snacks like fruits, nuts etc to boost their energy levels) 11.15-11.25am interactive session in the topic HEALTHY NUTRITION (this helps them to understand different healthy foods and how it benefit our body etc) 11.25-11.45 am practice of Animal asanas/ alphabet /balancing asanas etc( Different physical exercises are taught in a fun way that children love to do them and imitate the animal sounds)11.45-12 noon Relaxation and YOGA GAMES ( Musical mats, YES/NO game etc), the games are challenging to the young minds in turn it sharpens their minds.12-12.15 pm Simple coloring/art activities are taught To improve their imagination and creativity.12.15-12.30 pm Games Time ( eg. puzzles, chess etc)and free play . Apart from the children learning something new daily from the teacher, the teacher learns something new from each student , iam eagerly waiting for that learning too. Once more I thank all for the overwhelming response you have shown to this camp and I WELCOME all the little ones to this camp.:-)
