Schezwan Gobi Recipe: cauliflower florets- 1 cup, maida- 3 tbsp, cornflour- 4 tbsp, rice flour- 2 tbsp( dis makes the cauliflower crispy) chopped garlic- 2 tbsp, chopped green chillies- 1 tbsp, pepper- 2 tsp, onion- 1, capsicum- 1, soya sauce- 2 tsp, chings schezwan chutney instant- 3 tbsp, salt, spring onion leaves- few, oil. Method Make a thick batter of maida, rice flour, cornflour 1 tsp, pepper, salt and 1 tsp of soya sauce. Dip the cauliflower florets in it and deep fry in oil. Keep aside Now heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and stir fry for few seconds. Then add the chopped onions and capsicum and fry for 2 mins. Now add the instant schezwan chutney, soya sauce , pepper, salt and mix well. Lastly add the fried cauliflower and mix well. Garnish with spring onion leaves and serve hot....
