“School-based Management” was horrifying line heard among the people from DepEd-Cagayan de Oro City before September 23-26, 2013 especially to all those who were scheduled for division level pre-validation. It was even the most trending words on my friends Facebook Wall expressing mixed emotions but generally saying how tired, drained, exhausted, spending sleepless nights just to meet all the requirements to qualify for the regional level validation. It was indeed DEAD BEAT! I still believe in the saying “better late than never”. So, today I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and sincere congratulations to TABLON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FAMILY. Again, we have proven our strength to be one and united in achieving Level 2 with the score of 1.54 and is eligible for the next level validation with the recommendation of the Validation Team headed by DR. MARIA VIRGITA E. ALINGIG, co-chaired by DR. MA. LODEL C. DAABAY with the members: MR. JEMUEL M. GALAY. MR. ROMUALDO P. BAHALA, MR. DANTE G. SISTO, MS. DYNAH ZAMORA, MS. GRACE RAFOLS and MS. GRETEL SALVAÑA. Let me extend my thanks to the Barangay Council with the headship of HON. ROMEO R. BACARRO, the PARENTS-TEACHERS ASSOCIATION headed by PASTOR OSIAS T. CADELIÑA, the TEACHERS’ CLUB with the presidency of MR. FRANIE C. RATILLA, the SUPREME PUPILS’ GOVERNMENT with the leadership of MR. IRYLL PLAZUELA and to all our partners from private sectors, religious group and non-government agencies/units. Thank you for taking part in every success and accomplishments that TABLON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL has achieved. Now, we can say that this is our school a “Child-friendly School”. It is officially confirmed that with each other’s participation we can soar high and move upward. This is the essence of SBM. My grand salute also to every dimension chair and members who have selflessly spent their time, money and effort in retrieving the necessary documents and patiently compiled, presented and defended all those to the validators. Dimension A: Gloria B. Sabal, Allan Guibone, Ronald D. Pacto. Dimension B: Nancy M. Pastrano, Antonio S. Ty, Adriana M. Briggs. Dimension C: Florenda M. Bacarro, Ella Cleofe B. Pasco, Eden Aurora O. Barquez. Dimension D: Zenaida D. Austria, Crispin P. Caare, Rose Mary D. Sudaria, Mary Glo B. Catarong. And of course to all the teachers who were the major contributors of the essential records needed. Special mention to the people who stood by me 8 days a week, 25 hours a day and 61 seconds in a minute, for without you I cannot maintain gracing myself, keep still and calm even under pressure. To MS. GLORIA B. SABAL(Gloria Bequiso-Sabal), your passion to serve the school as well as the community is more than commendable. Credits to MR. ALLAN G. GUIBONE (Allan Horida Guibone) for your brimming energy to comply all my requests even at eleventh hour. To RONALD D. PACTO, you have shown your commitment and dedication for being the school’s instant wheels. To the three of you, my wholehearted thanks for successfully meeting all my demands yet you never fail to perform your first priority, to teach. Above all, thank you so much dear God for the opportunity of working with all the aforementioned people. They made this SBM journey very easy! Good luck to all of us for the Regional Level validation.
