School mistress for sale my princess (Jess) Sad Sale of our much loved 16hh school mistress Irish Draught beautiful all white mare. We bought Jess so that my Mum could return to riding but my Mums ill health now forces us to re-home her sooner than we expected. Jess is an 18 year old ID mare who never puts a foot wrong, loads of life left in her and loves her work but doesnt heat up. She is 100% in traffic, not fazed by anything and good to catch, box, shoe, clip,bath. Although we have mainly used her as a hack, she would suit a competent novice. she is forward going (but not strong) and in the last few years has done sponsored rides, hunting and dressage and jumping. Being ID with good bone she is a weight carrier. She is very loving and will only be sold to someone who can give her the love and attention she deserves. Homes will be vetted and she would prefer to live out I think with rugs. Not a marey mare and really bonds to her owner, would also like a home we can keep in touch with A absolutely great horse we are sad to see go so please no time wasters with this difficult decision. £2,000.
