Schools could break up early due to the current heatwave. Make sure you keep your children nice and cool throughout the heatwave. Ways to help could include, sitting in the shade. Going to the beech were it is cooler. Setting up a paddling pool in the garden. Water bombs and hose pipes, (ie water fights) Going indoors often and having loads and loads of drinks of water. Ice creams ice Lollies and healthy foods such as salads an d BBQs.
