Science Fund (MOSTI) Application 2015 Cycles Assalammualaikum & selamat sejahtera, Dear researchers, Pleased be informed that the Science Fund (MOSTI) applications will be assessed and processed based on 4 cycles per year which are scheduled as follows :- Cycle 1/2015 Deadline of submission to RMC; 24 Mac 2015 Expected Deadline of submission to MOSTI; 31 Mac 2015 Cycle 2/2015 Deadline of submission to RMC; 23 Jun 2015 Expected Deadline of submission to MOSTI; 30 Jun 2015 Cycle 3/2015 Deadline of submission to RMC; 23 September 2015 Expected Deadline of submission to MOSTI; 30 September 2015 Cycle 4/2015 Deadline of submission to RMC; 24 December 2015 Expected Deadline of submission to MOSTI; 31 December 2015 Please take note of the following :- 1. Evaluation workshops will be conducted by Proposal Management Unit, Research Alliances 2. Maximum duration for the project is 30 months 3. Maximum total allocation is RM 500,000 4. Application must be done online through eScienceFund application portal. 5. Do not press submit button before internal evaluation 6. Do amendment as instructed by the evaluators 7. Notification to press SUBMIT BUTTON will be sent to project leader after proposal has been verified by Research Alliances 8. The application will be submitted to RMC for further processing. Below are the list of documents that must be submitted to Proposal Management Unit, UTM Research Alliances : a. 1 hardcopy of completed Proposal (printed from e-ScienceFund system) b. 1 hardcopy of 5 pages proposal write up (FOR MEMBERS of K-ECONOMY ONLY) c. Updated CV (Applicant & Members) (printed from e-ScienceFund system) d. Quotation for item listed under V26000, V29000 & V35000 e. Contract letter (IF APPLICANT IS CONTRACT STAFF) f.
