Science does not explain anything..but rather, science only describes what it..or was. So, for instance, whereas we discovered that the Universe came about from an event referred to as the Big Bang..we havent explained how the Singularity, which was the thing that banged..and which is still banging, btw..came about. Science merely describes what is observed..and theorizes what may be observable..it does not explain anything, as idiots like Dawkins, Harris and Krauss would like to think. In other words... One of the shortest and best ways to put it is to say that the explanation of the origin..not nature..of anything is anyones guess.
