Sciences Problem. Irrationally exuberant Scientists who do NOT tell the Truth, the Whole Truth, and NOTHING but the Truth, so help them God. Another example: Welcome to the earth at 4 billion years ago. This was our planet before life. Nobody knows how life got started. Most of the evidence from that time was destroyed by impacts and erosion. Science works on the frontier between knowledge and ignorance. Im not afraid to admit what we dont know. Evolution is a fact just like gravity is. -- Neil deGrasse Tyson, The Cosmos, 3/17/14 If you do NOT know how life got started, and youre not too ashamed to admit it, and then go on to say that Evolution is a fact, youve drawn a conclusion that you proffer as certain from a premise whose mechanism or genesis you just got finished admitting you are ignorant of. You can not logically say that a mechanism that you conjecture occurred beginning 4 billion years ago but dont know the origins of is responsible for the unknown and uncertain mechanisms result which you can observe in the present. It is similar to saying, I dont know if travel at speeds faster than the speed of light are possible or if a vehicle exists to transport me that fast; but since Im here I must have been transported by such a vehicle. Its a non sequitur; and its real bad science. NOTE: Einsteins General Theory of Relativity states that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light; however, at least in theory, travel at speeds greater than the speed of light is possible by making the very space fabric you move within move along with you in the direction you wish to travel while traveling very fast within your space vehicle that makes the space fabric itself move. This movement of the space fabric is akin to the theory of Cosmic Inflation that putatively occurred from ~10^-36 to ~10^-32 seconds after the theorized Big Bang; the space fabric itself expanded much faster than the speed of light. It may have been by accident or it may be that God created life, we just dont know . . . Evolution is a fact! If you cant see how horrific this logic is then you are a prime candidate for BELIEVING science and the ignorance it harbors; a BELIEF that is in essence only slightly different from the BELIEF of Creationists that an Infinite, Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent God created His creation. But with one fundamental and eternally impacting difference: your faith does not save; ours does for eternity which you can not comprehend! I would say your belief, or faith, is misplaced; ours is well placed and best explains everything you cant.
