Sculpt has launched to new great packages: - The Muscle Up Package - The Beach Body Package Both are full on packages that are thorough and effective giving everything you need in order to achieve increased muscularity (Muscle Up Package) or fitness and tone (Beach Body package). Whichever your choice of package you will receive: • A 1-1 initial consultation outlining how the package works • 4 Personal Training sessions to go through your 4 workouts • A nutrition plan outlining the options of what and when to eat given workout and non workout days • Details on how to progress the workouts and keep achieving These packages are available whether you are a member of the North Lakes Gym or not.
